			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span id="more-54"></span><strong>What makes a restoration company a consistent number one choice with consumers?</strong></p>
<p>Precision President Randy Klann believes it is team effort, and that the team must be focused on the customer. &#8220;From our inception in 1998, we knew that we could do every bit as good a job as our competitors, but that to grow successfully, we would need to do more. We decided then that we would only hire people who we would be happy to have working in our own homes, people who would demonstrate courtesy and respect every time they met our customers. &#8221;</p>
<p>That decision resulted in a company with a difference, a difference that has been recognized by consumers four years in a row with the Consumers Choice Award for Business Excellence.</p>
<p>In those four years, the company has doubled in size, and Precision&#8217;s premises, fleet and staff have increased accordingly.</p>
<p>What has remained the same is the commitment to be a team that delights its customers, and honours the trust put in it by insurance brokers, adjusters, and companies.</p>
